Privacy policy

This policy covers the Volleyball Squad Coach app and the squad.coach website, published by Les Produits Pomelo Inc. (“we”), Chelsea, Québec, Canada. It is written to comply with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's PIPEDA.

This website

squad.coach uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address only to answer you.

The app

What we collect: only what the app needs to work, such as your name, email address, your teams and the content you enter (practice plans, drills, notes, attendance and scores). The App Store privacy details list the exact data.

Why: to provide the app's features to you and to the people you choose to share with (your team's players and staff). Never for advertising.

Never sold. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Where it is stored: with our hosting providers (Google Cloud / Firebase, Cloudflare), in Canada when the service allows it. These providers process data on our behalf only.

Who sees it: team content is visible only to the members of that team, according to their role.

Minors: for users under 14, we collect personal information only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Retention: we keep data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request or account closure. You can delete your data from the app (Settings › Help & feedback).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
